Your phone number or email, the name you choose, your language and preferences, what you choose to share in the app, your payments, and basic information about how the app is used.
Voice and video calls are encrypted and are not recorded or transcribed. Chat messages are stored encrypted so that the conversation can continue and so that safety reports can be looked into.
Your journal is private to you.
To run the service, match you with listeners, take payments, keep people safe and improve the app. You can turn off the use of your app activity under Account and privacy.
We do not sell your data. We use service providers for calls, payments, notifications, identity checks for listeners, and file storage. They handle data only to provide those services.
If someone may be in danger, trained staff may look at what was shared in order to help.
From the app you can download your data, correct your details, or ask us to delete your account.
